Tomita Distillery

Tomita Distillery (富田酒造場) is famous for Ryugu brand which is a premium kokuto (raw cane sugar) craft shochu due to small amount of production. 
Tomita is the only distillery that produces Kokuto shochu in  over 40 large traditional earthenware bowls in Amami Islands. 
The distillery also use a unique mix of national rice, black koji and brown sugar to produce the products.
