Asahi Distillery

Established in 1916.  Located in Kikaijima Island belong to the Amami Islands in Kagoshima prefecture. 
The distillery is tackling that with enthusiasm the organic Sugar cane cultivation by themselves and striving to promote their unique products throughout the world.

Tomita Distillery

Tomita Distillery (富田酒造場) is famous for Ryugu brand which is a premium kokuto (raw cane sugar) craft shochu due to small amount of production. 
Tomita is the only distillery that produces Kokuto shochu in  over 40 large traditional earthenware bowls in Amami Islands. 
The distillery also use a unique mix of national rice, black koji and brown sugar to produce the products.

Hachijojima Distillery

Hachijo-jima (Hachijojima Island) is a volcanic Japanese island where is about 287 kilometres south of the special wards of Tokyo, to which it belongs. 
Hachijojima is known for a tropical paradise and also production of Shochu. 

Hachijojima Distillery was established in 1915. The Distillery's main feature is its thorough decication to the local farming of Sweet potatos (Imo) in the island.

Mugishiru is famous for the unfiltered raw unprocessed barley shochu. Naked barley as base material is 100% made in Japan. 
Wins 1st place for recent 4 consective years at the National Liquor Competition (for Barley shochu category).

Rokuchoshi Distillery

Rokuchoshi Distillery is widely known as the aging premium shochu. They go great lengths to develop and improve the method for aging in the oak barrels in the same condition such as humidity and temperature with Scottish.  Even their standard label, aging more than 10years.
The Distillery wins 3 golden stars on the iTQi Superior Taste Award, a stamp of quality in taste in 2018.

Toyonaga Distillery (豊永酒造) was estabilished in 1894 in Kumamoto prefecture. 
The Distillery's main feature is its thorough dedication to the organic farming of rice which is harvested in the region. The Distillery wins Gold medal awards of Los Angeles International Wine Competion for consective 2 years (2015 & 2016).
